After 4 or 5years of tyrany, they'll be like "very soon we ll be reffered to as colleagues,some of you might become president tomorrow,please dont forget us,forgive us abeg ." 2. Expired rent and extra yr. Students hate the idea of paying rent,some landlord make it worst.
