3 Good tips to Lower your Cholesterol Naturally.
The best way to avoid heart attack is by working hard to lower your LDL cholesterol. Getting your cholesterol level below 100mg/dl is very ok but striving to keep it below 80mg/dl is the best.
Below are 3 tips you can apply to get your LDL cholesterol level to the best normal range.
(1) Foods full of saturated fats, trans fats, and dietary cholesterol should be limited.
Examples of these foods are baked foods, fried foods, fatty beef, lamb, pork, chicken with skin, whole milk, cream, cheese and ice cream.
(2) Eat fiber rich foods like OATS, Beans, Barley, yams, peas, potatoes fruits and Vegetables. Foods with soluble fibers has been proven to knock down Cholesterol.
