My dear, getting a white collar job in Onitsha isn't easy at all. They're very few corporate organizations here, and the private ones are very mean, they pay peanuts regardless of your qualifications.

why not try to relocate to other city like lagos? that's what many people do,including me......Onitsha is meant for business and business alone.

Not true. It happened to me when i graduated but when i got to Lagos it wasn't easy for me. I picked a marketing job with AIICO insurance PLC of a terrible commission of no customer no pay. But thereafter i got a job of 40k to 70k. But I relocated back to Onitsha just because my pay is just meant for my rent, transportation & feeding. In a nutshell if you can secure a 50k job in Onitsha for me is far better than 80k job in Lagos.

U r wrong to an extent,most times Onitsha do have some vacant openings but d issue currently is that most manufacturers are facing trial times.

I've been job-hunting here for over a year. I'm not saying there aren't vacant openings, but they aren't much, and the pay? That's pitiable.
