It has been a celebration galore for the people of Mbaise resident in The Gambia as the Igbo Community Football Tournament side, Mbaise FC on Wednesday, lifted the Igbo Community Tournament Cup for the 2016 season, after beating Enugu FC 4-3 through penalty shootouts. This feat is coming after they won the 2010 maiden edition thereby wining it back-to-back. Mbaise FC’s League title success earned them D25,000 while Enugu FC earned D15,000 for their second place position.
