NCT.com.ng and Nairaland.com are both Online Bulletin Boards in Nigeria. I heard NCT is an acronym for Naija Coders Team. I must say that I love both Forums because they both serve very essential purposes. However, I have decided to share my personal experience on both forums NOT as a way of promoting one over the other.

MY EXPERIENCE ON www.nct.com.ng:

1. I learn new coding skills in major programming and Web scripting languages on this Forum.

2. I send Private messages directly to anyone without necessarily exposing my email address.
.
3. I get notifications of "who" liked or replied to my posts. This is similar to Facebook notifications.
.
4. I "Mention" people in posts and their user names are highlighted as a hyperlink. This makes it easy for me to view their profiles.

I can't say I am having a bad experience here on Nairaland.com, but my experience here is the reverse of some of my experiences on www.nct.com.ng.
