Oga spyder..maybe in future projects...you could consider waterproofing chemicals to mix with cement for correcting rising dampness as seen on this wall.

It has been noticed that pop screening peels away after some time sha. Well done sir.

Yes, the original builders of this house should have done something to stop the flow of water which is the reason for this dampness in the front of the house. I will do a drain to divert this water away from the house.
