Researchers at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee have found a substance response to turn CO2 into ethanol, possible creating a new technology to help avert climate change. Their discoveries were distributed in the diary ChemistrySelect. This is great. Making this process more efficient and turning it into a large scale process will help reducing the level of CO2 in the atmosphere to normal.. Some of the greatest scientific discoveries happened by accident (just like the discovery of penicillin). |
