Why investigate religions value from the worshipers viewpoint ? Why not from the Pastor, Imam, priest's biased viewpoint ?
It is because most Pastors/Imams only see their members as personal assets.

1) They operate from the cowardly fear of losing their members to higher truths that can add more value to the members lives.
2) They fight to protect their status instead of their members needs

"The Prophet used to visit all his wives in a round, during the day and night Anas bin Malik said, and they were eleven in number."
