for u to be able to receive video calls and to get a 3g signal on ur nec e313,e616,e228 etc,u will need a usim card and mtn has it for 1,500 naira, mind u its their mtn dstv sim,but never mind about the dstv on it cause it wont work on the nec phone,but as a usim,u can make video call with it on ur nec and also mobile 3g tv,if u have a very fast connection |
