Most of the manufacturers are not sincere about backward integration. How can we be importing Vegetable oil, poultry meat, beef, poultry egg and tomatoes into the country for goodness sake? Most of them are the reason why local farmers remain as poor as church rats-Even textiles! They must remain banned!! The only thing that can stay for the time being is the petrochemical products like polythene and the wrapping foils. Those ones can go when we have a local refinery that can produce petrochemical products.Majority are are very selfish greedy and ignorant- saboteurs is a better word Many manufacturers are the architects of their own failures.
