I have 2 plots of land (may add more if need be) somewhere inside the street at the Umusam quarters of Kwale - Delta state, and I intend building a mini-mall like that of Shoprite, Everyday etc selling things at cheaper and wholesale prices and a cool relaxation spot but I need counsel.

Kwale is a small developing town in Delta state, also an oil producing area but has no university yet and no appreciable steady power.

The land is accessible though it is inside the street, but the higest a bike may charge is N70 - N100. From farther ends of Kwale; my problem is if the location will hinder the goals and objectives.

I think a mall in Kwale will succeed but the location should not be far from the city centre. from your description, i think your land is far.

Bro.... in a small developing town.... do you really think your mini mall would attract enough customers to sustain your tenants? Do the residents shop a lot ?... are the affluent?...not feeling the heat of these hard times?... do they drive?....shop locally or prefer to go shopping at far away Shop Rite?....we can't really give much advice since we don't know your area. You need to do research to have an idea if a mini mall can work in your area.
