Its caused my malasezia furfur...ds isnt sumtn u shud worry bout except fo cosmetic reasons,dusnt mean ur unhealthy or dirty like pple normally say. N most nigerians cal it eczema...dt fungus thrives on d skin of most humans n in some it is exaggerated,like urs.
Over the counter drugs like ketoconazole 2% wud clear it up. U cud combine wt oral therapy. Check fo nizoral tabs n creams
Although aftr treatmnt patches cud stil remain bt ova time it clears up. Re-occurrence is also v.high so it is adviced aftr treament dt u occasionaly use d cream or take tabs as prophylaxis to prevent re-occurrence..it is verrry veerry common dnt worry ur head nizoral wud help

Use fluconazole instead. Ketoconazole damages the liver and kidney
