I have been trying to pay for passport for my child and the Nigerian Immigration have used a contractor which is not serious. I cannot pay for my child without registering my debit card with the company. To register, I need to SCAN MY DEBIT CARD TO THEM! No where in the world do you scan your debit card to any company. Has anyone gone through this? How did you solve it? |
