Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa today commissioned the magnificent Delta State Polytechnic Ozoro Stadium. The governor use the occasion to commend the Rector of the Delta State Polytechnic Ozoro, Dr. Jacob Snapps Oboreh on the occasion of the successful completion and commissioning of the 14,000 capacity Olympic size stadium built by the management of the polytechnic with support from the Delta State Government. The stadium was the very first Olympic size stadium in any institution of higher learning in sub Saharan Africa.
