According to a press release from Ponzi scheme operator, Ultimate Circler, they are set to register and become a legal company in Nigeria by the first quarter of next year. The statement which was posted on its website, ultimatecircler.com explained that most of its members are from Nigeria and the organization is planing to give lots of priority to Nigerians.

The organization has caused panic in Nigeria after its website went offline few days ago, promising to be back on 6 – 12 hours but never did. Lots of Nigerians took to blogs, social media and other medium to express their frustration over the crash of the website.
Some of those who wrote to Nigeria Today and commented on our platform includes a student who used part of his school fees to register for the scheme, other took loans, convinced their family members to join.
One participants form Enugu commented on Nigeria Today That he has convinced most of the people in his community to join the scheme and now theya re all at his case since the website crashed.
But earlier today, the owners of the scheme put up a statement on their website signed by its founder and CEO, explaining that the company is undergoing some changes, one of them which included registering and becoming legal in Nigeria by next first quarter of next year.
