Holy Spirit: Our Teacher ( Unto Holiness)
Good day God's beloveth!
John 14:26
14:26 "But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. "

One general believe in the world today is that : experience is the best teacher. Well, I don't doubt its validity but I have some objections to this ideology .Certainly, someone with experience has numerous advantages over someone who only read/heard/saw. But there are some certain areas in which this ideology should not be applied, take for example death, someone who seek to die just to have a better understanding of death and what really happens after death would be considered stupid; whatever he/she learns is irrelevant. This ideology should not be applied in Christianity: temptation and sin, that is falling into sin to have experience of how it works.

Now, Jesus Christ in John 14:16-17 promised that when He leave this world as human, He would send us comforter ,and the comforter is the Holy Spirit ( John 14:26). He said the Holy Spirit shall teach us all things and bring all things to our remembrance whatsoever He said to us. The Holy Spirit before any other thing , He is to teach us, comfort us ,bring to our remembrance the Word and lead us in the part of righteousness ( John 14:26 Roman 8:14, 1 Thess.4:7- 1 Thess.4:7-8 says:
4:7 "For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness."
4:8 "He therefore that despiseth, despiseth not man, but God, who hath also given unto us his holy Spirit."
And Jesus Christ in Matt. 5:48 said we should be perfect just like God is perfect .You may be thinking, how on earth is this possible ? This is why Jesus Christ came to die for you and I . He died that you and I and as many that believes in Him, receive Him may be holy ,perfect ,justified, purified and be worthy of Him.

The thing is that ,people stumble not because God destined is that way,no! Because we still have this mortal body and the flesh that lives in the body always try to gratify itself, so people who make provision for the flesh to glorify itself will surely fall.( Galatians 5:16-17)Again this is where Holy Spirit comes in :
Ephesians 1:13 "In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,"
"Sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise" that is we under the cover of Holy Spirit against sin.After we receive Jesus Christ as our Lord and savior, we come under the leadership of the Holy Spirit to led us. We must walk after Him to remain in this Holiness He has called us unto.( 1 Thess. 4:7) Romans 8:14 says that those that are led by the Spirit are sons of God .He is to lead us in Holiness, beside, He is called "Holy" Spirit, that is , He is holy and cannot lead us into sin. Christians only fall out of Holiness when they choose to do things in their own way(s)

Ephesians 4:24 says " And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness." That is to say as long as we put off the old man( made of sin) and put on the new man ( the resurrected Jesus Christ, made of righteousness and true Holiness), we have His ( Jesus Christ's) divine nature: Holiness .(spotless before Him) For those that are led by the Holy Spirit are in the Spirit and are holy .Holiness is the style of the Holy Spirit.

In Jesus Christ, there is no provision for falling .All the experience that we need to stand firm and unshaken for Him are provided in Him. This is why, not only did He provides us with the scriptures (Bible/Word) but also with the Holy Spirit to teach us deep meanings of scriptures/Word and lead us in the part of Holiness.
2 Timothy 3:16-17
3:16 "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:"
3:17 "That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works."
