PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: Degree/Diploma in Estate Management , Building, Architecture , Civil Engineering or Degree in Law.

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of one year experience in real estate sales/ real estate management firm in Lagos is preferred.

REQUIRED SKILL/ATTRIBUTES: Candidates with these skills & attributes are preferred :
1) Committed to clients service excellence.
2) Energetic and passionate about succeeding in real estate marketing
3) Skilful in the use of Computers ( including Word, Excel ) .

1) Letting & managing estates for landlords :

3) finding houses for ready buyers :
4)selling houses for owners:
5) finding houses for ready tenants:
6) drafting tenancy & land/house purchase agreements :
7) conducting legal title due diligence for land/house buyers.

REMUNERATION: Salary is partly fixed/basic monthly and partly performance based commissions.
