about linking my debit card? I need help on that, because when i tried it they just reject the card for no reason

Don't contact anybody oo. If anyone tells you your Nigerian paypal can receive money or have balance, it's a big lie.

You can link your bank card however, most banks have stopped international transactions on thier naira cards.

If i may ask, which bank card were you trying to link to your PayPal?

Some people are saying that gtbank and access bank are still working for onling transaction. But with monthly limit of gtbank 100$ and access bank 200$
