....stupidity of the federal govt. I dnt think civil defends is necessary..it is a replication of duties of the police.i think instead of civil defence,they shld create the "NIGERIA SOCIAL GROUP". That will be closer to the people nd show love to the needy,destitudes, old in the society,fight child abuse by both family and relatives and make arrest wen necesary.they will take care of the rot in d life's of children at a tender age before they get worse.not neglecting them nd allow them rot b4 u waiting for opportunities to arrest them nd incarcerated them.misplaced priorities!!!!...stupid nation!
