That's true. Saw a similar charge on my brothers acct today cos he transferred to me. But i have done a transfer several times without getting charged. I dont undstand why mine is different.

Normal savings o. Them never start Gtcr8 wen i opened acct.
It might be a system glitch tho, banks dont play with charges.
Correction will be made soon enough and dey ll start charging me.

GTB charges #20 commission for transfers within GTB, and #100 for inter-bank transfers.
You also pay a #5 tax for interbank transactions.

Every Bank charges on these alternative channels. Abeg there is no free food in Freetown, Sierra Leone.
No bank is exceptional here!
