A friend of mine needs an advice before committing suicide

he is an undergraduate of petroleum and gas engineering unilag it's a five year program but he is in his seventh year due to policies the school recently made the issue here is about perquisites courses which means he must pass a course relating to another course so if one fail the perquisites course he won't be allowed to register the other course this policy has made students have three extra years in school

In his own case he was unfortunate because he has three courses in chain to each other so that means he has to register a course for this session and wait for another session to register a course like that he has complained to the hod course adviser but no one is concerned about him he is contemplating on committing suicide because he is really tired first born for that matter and not that he is coming with a good grade.

pls what can he do
