A man is now being touted as the dumbest thief in this era after stealing a lady’s phone then exposing himself afterwards A lady lost her phone to a thief but did not know that the man who stole her gadget would then expose himself online. Harriet Gikunda lost her gadget to one man who used the phone to take pictures then posted on Gikunda’s social media page.
