May the soul of late Miss Ifedolapo Oladepo rest in perfect peace. I want to believe that NYSC is not telling the whole truth because of my own personal experience when I served in Akwa Ibom 1992/1993. I had chicken pox while at the Orientation Camp hence had to be isolated from other corps member. An official of NYSC took me in an official car from Ikot Itie Udung in Nsit Atai local govt to Ikot Ekpene General hospital and dump me there without looking back till I was discharged after a week. Nobody from NYSC came to check on me throughout my stay at the hostipal. Even when I was discharged nobody came to pick me up. I had to pay my treatment fee, feeding fee and transport back to the Camp from my pocket. I wrote for refund with evidence of receipts but nothing of such happened till today. Assuming I died at the hospital (God forbid) a different story would have been told to the world.
