Yes it is possible to have TB without cough. TB is actually mycobacterium tuberculosis which can affect any organ in the body. It however commonly affects the lung that is why cough is a common symptom . This type that affects the lung is called pulmonary TB. There can be abdominal TB, TB of the spine and so on.. these are called extrapulmonary TB..I hope I have been of some help. |
