oh really?? HUH?  i just know that too much stress makes you become look older than your age. physically and mentally. PHYSICALLY: YOu're face'll have wrinkles/lines which'll make you look like some old guy.MENTALLY: you'll be feeling hate for everybody/anybody that passes your way, even if somebody steps on you accidently  if you have a knife on your hand, you might take a very bad action. Stress just makes people become different.  |

Why Stresss is bad is dat it affects the entire body system.So one must be able to manage his or her stress. |
