Summary:
The candidate will specialize in selling the company’s services, phones, and accessories through the store outlets. Interested candidates should have proven experience in similar roles, good customer service skills and knowledge about smartphones/accessories.


Job Title: Salesperson/Customer Service at Cell Phone Repair
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers
Meet the sales and customer service goals of CPR
Keep tabs on the stores present and prospective customers
Excellent salesmanship and ability to close a deal
Increase sales traffic through activities
Be creative about increasing the market awareness of CPR services and sales
Maintain professional behavior and appearance at all times
Remain current on all competitor offers and how CPR compares
Candidate Requirements:
Retail sales and/or customer service experience in phone stores
Great attention to detail
Proven customer service skills
Must have good verbal and written communication skills


Desirable:

Knowledge of Microsoft suite usage and customer management tools
Should be able to work weekend schedules
Qualification
Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma with at least 6months experience in similar roles
