Similarities btw Israelites of the wilderness and Christmas celebrating christians

When the Israelites were wandering in the wilderness, Moses left their midst to go speak with God in the mountain. When he took too long to return, the Israelites decided to make for themselves a golden calf which they called their god who took them out of Egypt. This was built by Aaron. They worshipped it and did festivals for it. This anger Yahweh cos they went against his commandments and chose to attribute glory meant for Him to a golden calf.

When Moses returned, he too was angered to the extent that he ordered the destruction of those people that have become evil. He separated them by saying "whoever is on God's side should come to me".

How are today's Christians different from those disobedient Israelites? They are not in any way different. Christians have abandoned the set rules and commandments placed by Yahshua the Messiah and his disciples. They have gone after their own heart by celebrating a festival of pagan origin called Christmas. Many of them say they celebrate it cos it was the day Christ was born. Others say it's because angels sang and rejoiced when he was born, so that's a good enough reason to celebrate his birthday. Some even say the day allows Christians to visit each other thereby promoting unity and love. Aren't we suppose to visit each other regularly other than on a fixed date?

What date was Christ born? No one knows. Yet, we chose a date associated with paganism. As a matter of fact, we stole the pagan festival and christened it Christmas. If you pick a lollipop sweet from a gutter, no matter how sweet it tastes after washing it, you can't erase the fact that it was picked from a gutter.

Ask yourself, did Yahshua himself celebrate his birthday? Did he order us to celebrate it? Did the disciples who saw and lived with him celebrate his birthday after he ascended? Does the Bible permit celebrating it? If your answers are mostly No, then why do you still go ahead to celebrate it? If you still do, then it means that you have abandoned God's rules and commandments and decided to build yourself a golden calf to worship like the Israelites.

Christians of today have built for themselves a festival that is unbiblical even against the warnings of Yahweh. We anger Yahweh every year when we engage in this abomination. The Aaron of today are the false pastors and general overseers who have allowed this pagan Festival even in the house of God. Very soon, just as Moses returned to the Israelites, Yahshua the Messiah will return to us on earth. His question will be "Whoever is on God's side should come to me". If you are found wanting because of your love for worldly things like Christmas, you will be among those he will destroy just as Moses destroyed the disobedient Israelites.
