Diabetes has a lot of subtle early signs
and it is easy for these symptoms to go
unnoticed. This illness usually picks up
gradually and most people might not
know they have diabetes until they are
well into the early or middle stages

The longer you go without controlling
diabetes, the greater your risk for heart
disease, kidney disease, amputation,
blindness, and other serious
complications.

So, look out for these ten symptoms
and visit your doctor if you experience
all or most of them.

1. Urinating more often
Urinating way too often is a sign that
something might be wrong. Most
people do not pay attention to how
often they use the toilet but if your
need to urinate keeps you up at night,
then this need to be checked. Waking
up once or twice to pee during the
night could be normal but when you
wake up so often that it is affecting
your ability to sleep, this is a red flag.

2. Feeling thirstier than usual
Urinating very often will make you feel
thirsty. A common symptom of
diabetes is that patients will feel the
need to use drinks like juices, soda and
so on to quench their thirst which
occurs too constantly.
A diabetes patient will find that he/she
feels thirsty constantly and needs to
have a drink more often

3. Weight loss
Sudden and unexplained weight loss
can happen in diabetes patient because
thy lose so much water from urinating
so much and so often.

4. You feel shaky
Some people suffering from diabetes
can find that they feel unsteady often.
You also experience hunger very often
and you feel the urge to fill up with
carbs or sugar.

5. Fatigue
Ongoing fatigue is an important
symptom to pay attention too. If you
suffer from diabetes, you will not be
getting the fuel your body needs from
food and you can begin to feel tired or
sluggish.
If you find yourself feeling tired for no
reason and experience levels of low
energy you should see a doctor

6. You feel moody
When your blood sugar becomes
irregular, you feel unwell and this
might cause you to be short-tempered.
You find that you don’t feel like doing
anything except just sleep. Some people
think this is due to depression, and it is
very possible. But a few patients find
themselves feeling better once they get
treated and their blood sugar becomes
stable.
