After many decades of scheduling boxing competition to mark 26th of December as boxing day, has it yet occurred to our alakowes that the boxing meant is gift wrapping?

Wherever we inherited the father christmas legend from the boxing day came along with it and all other paraphernalias and rituals of christmas. In that wherever place, the 26th is when they wrap gifts and give out to loved ones. They do not jump in the ring and bout with boxing gloves on 26th. Im sure they enjoy our yearly circus fo0lery every 26th of December.
