Please doctors in the house and the good people of Nairalander,for the past two days now I have not slept, is there a permanent cure for insomnia. Thanks waiting for you good answer. |

Exercise should work I had gone 3days without sleeping for more than 10mins I had this crazy migraine Face was dull I had aches So I used my last strength to exhaust myself Took fruits Used the loo Drank lots of water Screamed and sweat so much I slept all day and night   |

Almost 5days now, no sleeping Pill is working on me that's the painful part. |

I use MELATONIN and it works for me.Also, KAVA KAVA ST.JOHN'S WORTH, ZMA.etc.But, I use MELATONIN like every other day, because it's not a sedative, but a supplement. |

pls go to a good hospital, preferably a general or teaching hospital so they can find out if there are underlying causes of your insomnia. I did that and it worked well after they treated the root cause. |
