Samir Nasri's Twitter account was almost certainly hacked early on Tuesday night.

A series of bizarre messages appeared on the Sevilla player's official account, in response to a tweet from LA based @DripDoctors, a supposed medical service, saying they had given Nasri a "Concierge Immunity IV drip" to keep him healthy during his "football season".

The messages on the Manchester City midfielder, who is currently on loan at Spanish side Sevilla, accounts claimed he had received a lot more than the medical treatment from the doctor pictured below with him.
