well dont you use vegetables to make salad? and it also depends on what kind of vegetables you use in making the salad. well its always nice to have a salad, its healthy. but i always eat it with ranch dressing. i LOVE ranch. its the only salad dressing i eat. the rest  but ranch is said to be the least healthiest dressing and it kinda takes away from the healthiness of the salad. but i cant help it.  anyway @ poster be more clear. |
