Let's imagine this scenerio.

A seller needs cash, then goes to pexbank to post an offer to get cash for paypal or Bitcoin. Buyer visits pexbank to find great offers to buy, but thinks he can only afford a cheaper offer than seller has to sell.

Buyer decides to bargain with seller and contacts seller via Private Messaging.
