The Calabar festival is aimed at enhancing the cultural values of Cross Rivers State and the entire continent of Africa. This year's carnival had participants from different countries in Africa, as well as other parts of the world. The Kenyans, not to be outdone, were also around, performing a a dangerous trick which involves climbing a series of ropes and poles and jumping on them.
