We experimented with American style smooth flooring. We'll see how that works in the long run.

Oga EgunMogaji, any updated pictures on this fine gate house? I'm planning to build one too with toilet and kitchenette, and wondered if you'd share the floor plan and finished pics. Where did you put the soak away?

If you have a smooth floor, do you still have to tile?

I'll be on the ground shortly and will post pics. Soakaway was installed at the back (I'll show pictures).

I might still do tiles but no pressure. My bricklayer wanted to show me what he can do with finished floor as an example before we tackled the garage which has to be fail safe. It's the single most important room on the site to me.

Sorry about that, he delivered water to me 3 weeks ago with no issues.

Too old for club. Using my time to catalogue tourist attractions.

Haven't found a true deal on borehole yet so it remains on the TDL.
