Please good people of nairaland, my neighbour's kids are getting on my nerves. They make a lot of noise and its really frustrating! ive tried reasoning with their parents but they are saying children are a heritage from God and I'm like wtf? When i come by 4:00pm from school and i want to read but then they start howling and screaming. Abeg what legal rights do i have against this noise pollution. Help me abeg.. |

Taiwo20:i wish it will be for a while but sadly it's the same thing all year round. once the come back from school, the screams will start. |
