I have just purchased a Philips 22' led monitor (used), but the unit did not come with an A.C adapter (the charger that is like that of a laptop). the power rating stated on the device is 12v-3.0A. I have searched for this type of A.C adapter but i am yet to find this exact rating. the one i saw has 12v-5.0A power rating. Can i use it? I have tested it and it worked. will the difference of 2.0A affect the monitor in any way bad?
