I have been given the following quote to fence (1.8m high) a 4 plot land in Ibeju lekki. I think this a bit on the higher side.

Concrete works: N1.9M
Block works: N1.3M
Reinforcements: N1.2M
Timber: N645.5K
Total: N5.1M approx

Is this an accurate reflection of cost or an inflated quote
