This looks foolish very very foolish, How can you tell Family members when to bury their dead, what food to cook, time of day or night to bury This negates fundamental human rights! |

kllinxman:Actually this is the main reason for this law, this will curb quarrels and disagreements that accompany such celebrations due to debts incurred. Nice one. |

am presently serving in Enugwu Ukwu ...and I must say the law is a welcome development,it only in enugwu ukwu that I see where burial rite is like a things of celebration. am not against giving a befitting burial to the aged one but d youth should be buried quitely. but here in Enugwu Ukwu family member will cook and buy drinks to celebrate a dead youth that has no child to his name, you will see poster and billboard of dead young lad . |

Kudos. Even a primary school pupil will easily comprehend these regulations. It's written in simple English. lf it were to be a law by Nass or house of assembly it would run into dozens of pages and so complicated with parts, sections, subsections, paragraphs, subparagraph as well as cross-references that it would take the supreme court to interpret the jargon. |
