NPC is opposite Rita Lori hotels on Babs animashahun Street surulere. You have to move yourself down there. No closest office anywhere.

Get a sworn affidavit from a high court declaring your age. High court Ikeja won't do this, they will refer you to the Lagos island high court. Get this affidavit before wasting you trip to NPC.

Go with enough passport photographs, I think high court needs 2, NPC needs 3, am not so sure though.

If you arrive NPC by 4:01pm, they will not attend to you because they close by 4pm. They can be mean.

I will go with other IDs and maybe utility bills just in case those are new requirements
It takes 2 weeks to become ready for collection.
