Natural Hair is in Vogue! A lot of ladies out there are taking a leap of faith to join the natural hair gang and you can be one of them.

Are you worried about the stress of taking care of natural hair or about how expensive the products might be? You can set your mind at peace and join the amazing trend because Supermart can give you cheap and fast ways to solve your natural hair problems in the kitchen.

This is what we call “the magic of nature” because with the right food item you can do anything.

Coconut Milk: Coconut milk is rich in iron, potassium and fat. It is the best natural hair growth solution anyone can think of. All you have to do is to get a fresh coconut, and extract the milk (keep in mind that a buying coconut milk and extracting it have very different result, it is always better to do it yourself.) After extracting the milk, add half a squeeze of lemon. Mix it together and apply on your scalp. Leave it on your scalp for 4-5 hours and then rinse it off.

Egg mask: Eggs contain high levels of proteins which help in the growth of new hair. It is as useful as using a shampoo but better because it is a product of nature (lol). So if you want to make an egg mask for your natural hair, simply separate one egg white in a bowl and add one teaspoon of olive and honey. Make a paste and apply it all over your hair and scalp for about 20 minutes. Rinse it off with cool water and some shampoo just to get the smell of eggs off.

Green Tea: Green tea helps to boost hair growth and prevent hair loss. Green tea is rich in antioxidant which helps to grow your natural hair efficiently. Apply warm green tea from used tea bags to your scalp and leave it for an hour and wash it off with cool water after an hour.

Apple Cider Vinegar: Apple Cider Vinegar can be used for almost anything but for natural hair it cleanses the scalp and maintains balance of the hair making it grow very fast. Dilute your ACV solution by mixing 15 ml of it with two cups of warm water shake it well. Then use it as a final rinse after washing your hair with shampoo and conditioner. Making your hair shine brighter.

Olive oil: To moisturize and strengthen your natural hair, olive oil is the best food item to use. Pour half a cup of olive oil and heat for a few minutes; it is until warm enough not so hot that it burns your skin. Apply to damp hair and wrap with plastic cap. Leave this on for an hour, and then wash with shampoo.

Baking soda: Dilute your baking soda; take two Tbsp of baking soda to 3 cups of water. After washing your hair with shampoo, before conditioning, rinse with the diluted baking soda water.

Onion Juice: Onion juice contains sulphur which boosts production in the tissues and helps with the growth of hair. Cut or grate the onions and apply it on your scalp for 15 minutes. Then rinse it off with a mild shampoo.
