TRAINING! TRAINING!! TRAINING!!! Equip yourself with basic baking skills and be empowered. You get to be your own boss you also become an employer of labour. We are proud to tell you that we made some additions to our course outline at no extra cost. You get to learn the following and many more if you register with us. 1) 6 types of cakes 2) Butter cream frosting, royal icing, chocolate butter cream and fondant. 3) How to make sugar flowers, roses, sculpting, fondant slippers, makeup sets, sugar fruits, veggies, kolanuts etc 4) Moulding of couples and animals. All the techniques of decorating cakes will be taught including hand painting, animal print AND LOTS MORE. (this is just a summary) BONUS our students will be taught how to make shortbread, cookies and bread free of charge. The training fee for CAKE BAKING AND CAKE DECORATION IS #50,000. Apart from cakes, we also teach how to make the following pastries: Samosa Springroll Meatpie Donut Puff puff Eggroll Shortbread Cookies Bread Buns Cookies Fishroll Buns Meatroll Pizza Muffins Training fee for pastries is #40,000. ***all materials will be provided*** All our practicals are hands on deck.
