As at the time of posting this topic, there are 432774 Nairaland members, and the Nairaland Forum Rules and Regulations has only 10242 views! 2.4% viewership! This means when 97.6% of the users registered, they just clicked "I accept" without reading the terms! That's too bad, i think

You don't take into account those who were banned and registered again. Also People with multiple i.d's too and by god they are many!

I had to go and google search 'the rules and regulations of Nairaland' when I couldn't successfully update my profile. I think there should come a description on every penalty executed.
