There's an ongoing sharp practices by estate developers in mortgage scheme. They request fees like stamp duty, fence permits, ground rent, land use charge for their estates whereas fees like these should be payable to state govts alone by payers and not to individuals and companies.
They demand these payments by menance threatening to dispossess the clients of their properties.
So, Nigerians should be vigilant and bold so no one will obtain monies due to govt from you under false pretence.
