Some one told me that clearing cost is cheaper at seme border compared to Apapa due to ECOWAS Trade treaty.

Is this true?

please answer, as I intend to purchase a Toyota camry 2001 model from cotonuo.

Please confirm if they have open border for vehicle clearing o. The last i know, vehicles are prohibited from coming in through land borders
