Requirements

The candidate must have/satisfy these Qualifications/Experience requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree (First Class or 2.1) or HND (Distinction or Upper Credit) in Management/Social Sciences or Engineering/Science, with a good MBA or Master’s Degree in Management and a relevant Professional Qualification;
Have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role, with an excellent track record of responsibility for directing, coaching and guiding teams to succeed; formulating strategic business plans, creating robust business values and managing organised processes, resources and support systems for successful execution of fast-track projects in the Oil & Gas industry; and
Demonstrate the ability to:Carry out lean project management, including provision of competence assurance for scheduled tasks;
Develop personnel assigned to teams and excellent supervisory, team building, analytical problem-solving, decision-making, and computer skills.
