Monitor and coordinate with all business units with regard to generation of revenue.




Ensure that necessary books of accounts like cash book, ledger etc. are prepared

Compile & record the revenue statement and reconcile the balance with each business unit

Record the fund transferred from various exchanges and crosscheck with the revenue ledgers and if necessary correspond with the bank.

Obtain approval from the management to write off missing, serviceable, damaged or condemned assets and pass necessary entries in the books of accounts.

Prepare the details of the fully depreciated assets at the end of the year.

Verify all bills related to capital items including civil works.

Prepare Bank reconciliation statement every month

Get vouchers signed and forward to cashier.

Prepare payroll & make remittances including salary forwarding.

Qualification: A degree in Accounting with good grades (Minimum of 2:2) with a minimum of

3 years in cognate experience.
SALARY is between 60-80,000 monthly gross

· Good interpersonal relationship
· Excellent communication skills
· Good time manager and effeicient
· Proficient in the use of MicroSoft office applications
· Ability to work with minimal supervision.
