Do it in any of this Asian countries forfeiting is just a starting point your jail term might be as long as third mainland bridge.

His only crime is not declaring it. He will be jailed appropriately for that. But if the cash is legit, he will get it back. Though I doubt it is legit. It is small cash to all those thieves that call themselves our leaders. grin

Funny enough I know the guy per say. He use to be my neighbor and I am very sure he had to forfeit that because the guy has so much money i really don't know how it flows. He travels alot and it's not just SA he goes to.

see them.wan make persin forfeit his own personal money. what a judiciary, the guy could have.provided evidence on how he got the money and tell the judge he was rushing so as not to miss his flight. the guy could have been given a slap on the wrist rather than a forfeiture
