Eleos Group Nigeria are searching for a vibrant Customer Service Manager to manage new office in Ado Ekiti, that will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome.

Responsibilities
• Support office staff, including receptionists, security guards and call center agents
• Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer service
• Handle complaints and specific customers requests
• Ensure proper mail distribution

Requirements
• Hands on experience with office machines (e.g.scanner machines and printers)
• Proficiency in English (oral and written)
• Solid knowledge of MS Office and corel draw
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills
• HND or B.SC; Experience in travelling industry will be an added Advantage
