Yesterday, two people were arrested by policemen during a convocation ceremony at the University of Lagos UNILAG. According to reports by the police, the students planned to attack the vice chancellor. Femi Adeyeye and Dotun Olawoye were arrested inside the convocation hall by security agents and taken away by the police.

A Citizen reporter with Sahara Reporters, Segun Olawoye was also arrested by the Police shortly after his graduation.

The suspects were taken to the Sabo Police Station and later transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti before they were released.

They are pictured chilling and relaxing with the owner of Sahara Reporters, Omoyele Sowore, after their release.

I hope you know that one of them works for Sahara Reporters. So, what if Sowore decides to employ the rest of them? Isn't that a start-up job?

They better look after themselves. Their actions can be detrimental to their future. They don't know anything about surviving in Nigeria if they think their actions will achieve lasting accomplishments.

This is Nigeria, the system is crappy, genuine people are scarce, majority of Nigerians are selfish. They better learn how to survive in a structure that is not ready to move forward.

The shirtless dude in the police car looks like one of the student union activists that protested in Lautech. He obviously got their attention with his rant against Ajimobi, Tinubu and elitist govt.
Good thing they've been released.

Morale of the story, Activists be careful, Govt is watching everything.
